2011 TBR Package Offers

All hunts are for SOLE use of 60 acres of timber set aside exclusively for this hunt. The owners own another 210 acres surrounding this property. Stands and blinds are already in place or guests may bring their own portable stands/blinds to use. Hunts are semi-guided; a guide will be available to assist you to your stand selection and aide you in your pursuit of your game. Lodging is available or packages can be purchased with no lodging (see pricing below). Only one hunt from each package will be sold unless a party of two is requested by the guests. All deer hunts allow for the legal harvest of one deer per guest. No minimum/maximum antler sizes or applicable fees. All turkey hunts allow for the legal harvest of one turkey per guest. Iowa fishing regulations and limits also apply to fishing packages. Fishing for large mouth bass and crappie is done on a 7 acre private lake, boat with electric motor is available. Price is per guest. Lodging includes a modern cabin (see lodging page) and full kitchen services. A full-time cook is available for an additional $200 per guest.
